General Information

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") are important and require careful reading. By accessing or using GeometryDashUnblocked.org and any related pages, content, or services (collectively, the "Site"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Mandatory Arbitration; No Class Actions; No Jury Trial

ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS. The arbitration shall be administered by a reputable arbitration institution under its rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS, AND YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

To the extent required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence, nothing in this section limits your statutory rights, and certain provisions may not apply.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyrights, please contact us through the channels provided on the Site with: (a) your contact information; (b) a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (c) the URL or description of the allegedly infringing material; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner. We may remove or disable access to the material as appropriate and, where feasible, notify the affected party.

Filtering

Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision will not be a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Geometry Dash Unblocked regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements on the subject matter.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign our rights or obligations without restriction.
